Whatever your plan sets. We take card, and you can store one on file in the portal so you are not digging for it in the waiting room.
Well-child visits
Most plans cover routine well visits and their immunizations in full, with no copay. That is a requirement of the Affordable Care Act.
Sick visits
Subject to your copay, deductible, and coinsurance, like any office visit.
Labs and vaccines
Billed separately by the plan. A visit that starts as a well visit and turns into a sick visit can generate two charges — that is normal, and we will tell you when it happens.
