We understand the importance of timely and accurate prescription refills, which is why we urge you to contact us as soon as you are able. Please give our office a call for any prescription refill needs you may have. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns about your prescriptions.
How to request a refill
Please call our office and follow the prompts for our prescription refill line. Allow one business day for all routine prescription refills. For prescriptions that require prior authorization from your insurance company, please plan ahead to allow at least three to five days for refill approval. Prescription refills for controlled substances such as pain medications are refilled Monday through Friday only.
Antibiotics
We do not prescribe antibiotics over the phone and we never provide refills for antibiotics.
