In June 2026 the practice separated. The Henderson and Cimarron offices, and the providers based there, now operate as Zarminali Pediatrics. St. Rose Pediatrics is Fort Apache and West Cheyenne. If your child’s records are at one of the other offices, call us on 702-564-8556 and we will help you work out where they sit.
